CRM Analysis & Implementation

CRM requires a careful review of ROI and opportunities to ensure that you leverage the best integration of CRM.  Many failed CRM and ERP implementations fail because of a lack of analysis of business needs and the best fit for the business.  There are many Maximizer options and we can assist to ensure you get the right product for your business.

We have installed many CRM sites ranging from building industry supplies, hospitality, undertakers and wholesalers.   Yes, even undertakers require a system to maximize sales opportunities.  The implementation process requires careful scoping and implementation.  On smaller sites this can be done in a under a day.  On larger sites we will plan the scope and carefully work with your key people every step of the way.

Training

Our staff are trained in half day or full day training courses.  These course will cover all aspects of the training from basic user training to detailed administrator skillsets.  Our expert marketing staff can take you through the Campaign Manager and ensure you have the skills to link your marketing campaigns to results.  For MYOB integration training we use the skills of a qualified accountant to answer any questions you may have. 

We also add a personal touch by making each course suited to the skill set and knowledge of each company.

Marketing Outsourcing

We work with a number of small business outsourcing key functions.  We are not a marketing agency.  However for the small business this may entail brochure design, product marketing support or marketing communications assistance.   We have inhouse large format A2 printers all designed to assist our clients get the best service possible. 

Web Site Development & Support

We understand that many businesses want to manage their own sites and are not software developers, just regular business people.  We are strategically set with key alliances to deliver a system inhouse for you to manage your own systems.  Of course we can set this up for you and then you can update the site as frequent as you wish minimizing expensive outsourced fees.

Network Support

One point of contact.  Companies can't always be all things to all people.  That's why we found a great partner to work with in network support.  Sure we could've done it ourselves, but believe dedicated skillsets deliver a superior result.  Garigo Business solutions chose to work closely with APC Genius to deliver Network Integration.  This may be for ongoing support services or to install a new network or server.  Our alliance partner has a support team and call centre to assist you with your needs.  We can co-ordinate any project so that you still only have one point of contact and so the project is delivered on time and on budget.

MYOB & Quickbooks to Maximizer Integration

Most business want to see sales history and invoices for customers integrated with a fully functional CRM system.  Most managers we speak to don't want their sales staff accessing their financial system for good reason.  Through a third party vendor Garigo can now integrate MYOB into Maximizer.  We can manage the installation and setup of the MYOB integration.  For other ERP and financial systems we can develop a link for analysis.

Of course we make sure that your bookeeping and Maximizer integration is maintained and that data is correctly entered.
